Details
Come collaborate on projects in a community setting. A broad range of technologies and project types are welcome. This is a hands on session. Bring your laptop and/or hardware.
We will be at Citizen Space this Sunday ( http://citizenspace.u... ). Thank you to Tara and Chris at Citizen Space for hosting us!
f you are going to Maker Faire with us, please come to talk about logistics, exhibits, performances, and the hacking lounge. Lets plan on having a focused discussion about this from 1:30 - 2:30pm and then work on other projects.
Hack session projects:
- Maker Faire prep (1:30-2:30)
- Laptop performance projects
- OSC Projects (Tim Thompson's OSCopus's Garden - community networked audio application development)
- Ruby audio API projects
- Laptop and iPhone Orchestra preliminaries (we really are getting started with this with Ge Wang in May and June)
- Your project you want community help or input on here
- Your controller you want help or input on here
- Computer music composition strategies & aesthetics discussions
The strategy is to have a general discussion about what we are working on and then break into subgroups around various topics to work on them.
